Easy and efficient two-wire SPE solutions for the PCB

In Industrial IoT and Industry 4.0, the new OMNIMATE® components transmit data using SPE via PCB terminals. SPE technology enables data and voltage to be transmitted via a copper wire pair, with a range of up to 1000 metres. This allows users to reliably connect field devices to the system. The system data is available in real time. The OMNIMATE® components come with various connections; whether screw connections, PUSH IN or SNAP IN.

Data connectors for the factory of the future

Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) is the extension of Ethernet technology. In combination with high-performance data connectors, SPE is compact, flexible and supports continuous Ethernet communication from the sensor to the cloud. SPE therefore is the optimal solution for extending Ethernet networks to the field level.

Reliably transmit encoder data via FireWire

The OMNIMATE® FireWire components transmit data for drive controls and controllers as well as motor starters. The FireWire components send encoder data to a control system to monitor and control the position of a motor. They transmit data reliably and secure the connection via the circuit board in the device. Thanks to the standardised interface, OMNIMATE® FireWire components are ready for use in many systems.

Our new PCB terminals LMF PN und LSF-SMT PN offer an interesting and cost-effective alternative to conventional connection solutions such as RJ45 or M12. They combine contact and vibration safety and simple, tool-free installation with distinctive colour coding for PROFINET.

OMNIMATE® HDMI PCB sockets Product innovation

Transmit video, audio and data simultaneously with up to 100 Mbit/s

Our OMNIMATE® HDMI connectors are used in industrial control systems, industrial panel PCs, surveillance cameras and touchscreens. They reliably transmit various formats such as video data, audio data and Ethernet. The HDMI jack is soldered directly to the circuit board. Transmission takes place via pins. This allows our OMNIMATE® HDMI connectors to transmit audio, video and Ethernet simultaneously at up to 100 Mbit/s.
