Quick and safe connection according IEC 61076-2-010

The M12 push-pull distributor simplifies applications in machine construction, automation and intralogistics by bundling the wiring of sensors and actuators in an IP67 environment. It combines signals and power supply via M12 sockets and drives them via an M23 collective output. Thanks to innovative quick-connect contours for M12 sockets and the M23 collective outlet, it enables fast and secure connections.​

  • The standardised push-pull mechanism in accordance with IEC 61076-2-010 enables sensors and actuators to be connected quickly and securely. Alternatively, the M12 sockets can also be connected via the standard screw connection.
  • The standardised M23 connector in accordance with IEC 61076-2-117 simplifies the connection of the collective outlet with its quick connection mechanism, ensuring safe and time-saving installation. The M23 screw connection is possible.
  • All products coply with the RoHS directive and are intended for future projects – without subsequent product adaptions.

M12 EX – Distribution boxes with ATEX and IECEx approval

Standardised wiring of sensors in explosion-protected areas

Our new M12 EX distribution boxes are ATEX- and IECEx-approved. They are used in explosion-protected areas for the transmission of intrinsically safe circuits up to and including Zone 1. The integrated PUSH IN connection enables particularly fast, secure and efficient cabling in the field. Different wiring variants transmit up to eight different intrinsically safe circuits.

Sensor actuator logic distribution boxes

Four signals at a time are combined either via an AND or an OR circuit. A four-pin M12 connector transmits the data. Only one input for a maximum of four sensors is required on the PLC.
