Weidmüller congratulates ten junior staff members on the completion of their training
Ten trainees with happy faces, delighted that they had successfully completed their training at Weidmüller: Taking into account the pandemic rules, the junior staff members celebrated the handover of their certificates, headed up by training manager Romina Kehl.
From a metal punching and forming mechanic to a surface coating specialist and an applications development IT specialist – the graduates achieved consistently good marks. "It is remarkable how well our trainees have developed on a professional level and prepared themselves for their careers. They not only had to master numerous professional duties, but also cope with coronavirus-related challenges," said training manager Kehl.
Weidmüller will continue to employ all the graduates. "The training is an important element of our corporate philosophy. We not only consider it part of our social responsibility as a medium-sized family-owned company, but it also lays the foundation for growth with young, motivated employees from the region," emphasised Andreas Grieger, Global Human Resources Manager at Weidmüller. Retaining the knowledge and commitment within the company is of great advantage and the entire company benefits from the new ideas and perspectives of its young colleagues.
Among them was Oliver-Ruben Schulz, who successfully completed his training as an applications development IT specialist: "I am completely satisfied with the course of my training and look forward to my future work at Weidmüller."
